Usage information. Basic information about how you use the service, such as device and log data, to operate and improve STACKr.

We use your information to identify and display your debts, build your payoff plan and Freedom Date, provide automation if you choose it, communicate with you about the service, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations. We do not use your financial data for advertising.

We share your information only as needed to run the service:

Service providers. We work with trusted partners that provide account connectivity, credit information, payment processing, email delivery, and analytics. They may only use your information to perform services for us.
Legal and safety. We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of STACKr, our users, or others.
Business transfers. If STACKr is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
